It’s no secret that Twitter has outages.  In fact, there’s a whole website dedicated to tracking when Twitter is down.

So what does that mean for schedulers?  Well, if you use Cloud Campaign, you’re in luck.

Let’s run through a hypothetical situation.

You scheduled a tweet to be published at 1:15pm using Cloud Campaign.  At 1:12pm, Twitter goes down — the servers are unreachable, the app is unresponsive, your tweet will never see the light of day, right?  Wrong!

Cloud Campaign has retry logic built-in so the software will continue to retry publishing the tweet until the servers are back online or the timeout expires (meaning so much time has elapsed that the tweet is likely no longer relevant).

This is what that looks like visually:

Rest easy knowing your content will be published to social media by upgrading to Cloud Campaign today.  All plans start with a 30-day free trial.
